nope. its an Azonic Steelhead. check here: http://www.azonicusa.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=52_30&products_id=191 its a way better freeride/dj hardtail frame than anything norco makes. I'm in vancouver bc, if you want some photos of it just ask. ps. price is negotiable and open to offers.
